Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant at Innovative Solutions, you will provide support for our Health IT Sales Team. You will work directly with our Account Executive to organize and manage customer activities and relationships. This role will require excellent organizational and time management skills. In addition, you must possess the ability to work independently in a fast-paced work environment.

Primary Responsibilites

  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems
  • Organize planning details for meetings and events
  • Word processing, Excel spreadsheet creation, faxing and general office tasks
  • Maintain calendar for the Account Executive and schedule meetings as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
  • Able to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks
  • Previous administrative experience required
  • IT knowledge preferred
